We make four attempts within 7-14 days. This includes one morning, afternoon, evening and weekend attempt over a 14 day period. Meets most courts' requirments regarding "DUE DILIGENCE". First attempt usually made within 72 hours of receipt.

Priority service

Four attempts are made to serve your documents to thier intended recipient within FIVE calendar days. First attempt made within 72 hours of receipt GUARANTEED!

Rush service

Four attempts are made within THREE DAYS. First attempt made within 48 hours GUARANTEED!

Priority Rush service

Four attempts are made to deliver your documents within 24 hours of receiving them in our office. You will be notified when documents serve. First attempt made within 12 hours of receipt of your documents GUARANTEED!

Same day NOW service

When you need a subpoena served to an individual or business the same day. We will send a server to attempt to deliver your documents IMMEIDATELY upon receipt of them. In many cases you will be able to electronically submit your documents for service to us.

When serving process issued from out of state courts, the court rules and laws regarding service of process from the state where the documents are issued will be followed.

If you have specific instructions in addition to your courts' requirments, please advise the representative at the time we process your order.

For each level of service described above, we charge ONLY FLAT RATES! No additional charges will ever be added for mileage or notary.

Our flat fee is for ONE defendant at ONE address. If your state allows for substitute service to a spouse or other family member etc, and you have documents to more than one person at the same address, we may be able to give a discount for the second service.
